Biography
Glafira Alymova was a lady-in-waiting in the Russian imperial court, serving during the reign of Catherine the Great and the early years of the 19th century. Her position reflected both her noble birth and her suitability for service in the highest circles of Russian society.
As a lady-in-waiting, Alymova participated in the refined cultural and social life of the imperial court. She was laid to rest in Vagankovo Cemetery, one of Moscow's significant burial grounds, reflecting her status and the respect accorded to those who served the imperial household.
