Gola Jaffe

Biography

Gola Jaffe (1746–1821) was a member of the Berlin Jewish community during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. She lived during a formative period in the history of Berlin's Jewish population, as the community continued to establish itself and grow.

Gola's life and memory are commemorated at the Jüdischer Friedhof Berlin-Mitte, the historic cemetery that serves as a repository of Berlin's rich Jewish heritage and the lives of those who shaped the community.
