Grigory Babkin

Biography

Grigory Babkin (1803–1888) was a notable figure in Russian society during the nineteenth century. Though details of his specific accomplishments remain modest in historical record, he lived a long and full life spanning most of the 1800s.

Babkin's longevity allowed him to witness and experience the significant transformations of Russian society throughout his lifetime. He was interred at Volkovo Cemetery, one of Saint Petersburg's most distinguished burial grounds, reflecting his place in the community.
