Biography

Gustav Řebiček (1838–1916) lived a long life spanning nearly eight decades of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Born during the Austro-Hungarian period, he witnessed the profound social, cultural, and political changes that transformed Central Europe.

Řebiček was interred in Olšany Cemetery, where he rests among the many individuals who contributed to the rich history of Prague and the Czech lands during a period of significant historical transformation.
