Hamilton Busbey, born in 1840, lived through a century of transformation and quietly shared his wisdom with the neighbors who came to rely on his calm counsel and steady hands.

In later years he remained a steady figure in community life, and his passing in 1924 brought a deep sense of gratitude as he was laid to rest in South Vienna Cemetery.
