Biography

Hans Adolf Eduard Driesch was a renowned German zoologist and philosopher born in 1867 who made significant contributions to the study of animal biology and experimental embryology. His work influenced biological science throughout the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Driesch died in 1941 and was laid to rest in Neuer Johannisfriedhof in Leipzig, where his memory endures as a pioneering figure in zoological research.
