Harold L. Boyer

Biography

Harold L. Boyer came to be recognized in Hartman for his quiet stewardship of the surrounding farmland and for welcoming others to share in the harvest of community gardens. He treated each neighbor as an extension of his own family, offering tools, guidance and a willing ear whenever it was needed.

Outside the fields, he also spent time serving on local committees, making sure rural voices were heard and that traditions were preserved for future generations. The county still carries the imprint of his gentle dedication to the land and to the people who lived on it.
