Biography
Harry Maione became a figure in organized crime as a member of Murder, Inc., a group that enforced contracts for the syndicate with ruthless efficiency during the 1930s and early 1940s.
His role eventually brought him into the crosshairs of the law, and after his conviction he was executed in 1942, leaving behind a cautionary tale about the consequences of a life lived outside the law; he is interred at St. John Cemetery.
