Harry Thornton

Biography

Harry Thornton was born in 1812 and lived through a transformative period in English history. He was part of his local community and maintained his connections throughout his long life.

He lived to be seventy-three years old, witnessing much of the nineteenth century's progress and change. He was buried at the Parish Church of St John the Evangelist, where his memory was preserved among his community.
