Heinrich Kafka

Biography

Heinrich Kafka was born in 1814 and became an integral part of the Brno Jewish community throughout his eighty-one years of life. He lived through a period of significant change and development in Central European Jewish society.

Kafka's memory is preserved in the Jewish cemetery of Brno, where he was laid to rest among the members of the community he called home.
