Helena Kamecka-Urban was a Polish woman who lived through much of the twentieth century, witnessing and experiencing the profound changes that shaped her nation. Her life spanned a period of significant historical transformation in Poland.

Kamecka-Urban's memory is preserved in the Central Cemetery in Sanok, where she was laid to rest. She remains part of the historical record of her community and era.
