Heman A. Moore

Biography

Heman A. Moore (1809–1844) was a businessman whose career was marked by enterprise and economic activity during the antebellum period. Though his life was relatively brief, Moore made his mark in the business community, contributing to the commercial development of his era.

Moore's business ventures reflected the entrepreneurial spirit of the 19th century. Despite his early death at thirty-five, he left a legacy of commercial engagement and community involvement. He was laid to rest in Green Lawn Cemetery, remembered for his contributions to his community's economic life.
