Biography

Henri Manguin was a distinguished painter associated with the Fauvist movement and Post-Impressionist traditions. His work explored color and light with sensitivity and innovation, establishing him as an important figure in early modern French art.

Manguin's artistic legacy includes numerous paintings that demonstrate his mastery of form and color. He spent much of his later life in Saint-Tropez, where he continued to create works that captured the beauty of the Provençal landscape.
