Biography
Henri-Marie-Robert-Emmanuel de Lestre came of age in a world reshaped by conflict, and though his life was brief, it was lived in the spirit of hope that carried many beyond hardship. His presence offered courage to those around him in the shadow of war.
He is laid to rest at Père Lachaise Cemetery, a place where visitors can honor the memory of young lives devoted to values greater than themselves.
