Henrietta S. Bowen

Biography

Henrietta S. Bowen was born in 1861 and came of age during the hopeful but uncertain years after the Civil War, finding ways to offer steadiness and care to her neighbors.

She passed in 1896 and now rests in Masonic Cemetery, where those visits are an invitation to reflect on the quiet strength she offered her community.
