Henry Baker Brown

Biography

Henry Baker Brown was born in 1847 and spent his days devoted to the work of sustaining his community, whether through business, faith, or the simple duty of caring for neighbors. He held to a sensible work ethic and a calm temper that soothed many moments of trial.

Upon his death in 1917, he was laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery, leaving behind the memory of a compassionate partner and a steady hand at the tiller.
