Biography

Henry George Bonavia Hunt was a clergyman devoted to pastoral care, using his pulpit to encourage deeper worship and to open church life to music and gatherings.

He is remembered at St John the Evangelist's Church in Burgess Hill, where his memorial notes the generosity with which he guided the parish until his passing in 1917.
