Henry J. Coggeshall was a devoted husband, father, and neighbor whose steady presence in Waterville made him a natural leader in civic initiatives, church efforts, and the stewardship of local institutions.

He lent his energy to charitable causes, supported the education of young men, and remained committed to the betterment of his town until his passing in 1907.
