Henry Jackson

Biography

Henry Jackson was born in 1747 and lived through the transformative decades of late eighteenth and early nineteenth century America. He witnessed the Revolutionary War and the establishment of the nation's institutions during a pivotal era.

Jackson died in 1809 at the age of sixty-two and was laid to rest at Forest Hills Cemetery. His life spanned a remarkable period of American history, from the colonial era through the early years of the republic.
