Biography
Henry Keep used his talents as a businessman and railroad executive to expand transportation networks, believing that a more connected region would bring opportunity and stability to employees and travelers alike.
He balanced those demanding responsibilities with a generous spirit, aiding charitable causes and mentoring young leaders before his passing in 1869; Brookside Cemetery became his final resting place as friends remembered his visionary leadership.
