Biography

Henry Livermore Abbott was born in 1842 and lived a brief but meaningful life during the Civil War era, passing away in 1864 at the age of 22. Though his years were few, he lived during one of the most consequential periods in American history, a time that demanded courage and conviction from those who came of age within it.

Abbott was interred at Lowell Cemetery, a place of rest befitting a young man whose life, though short, was lived during America's greatest trial.
