Henry M. Burt

Biography

Henry M. Burt (1831–1899) worked beside neighbors on Bridge Street, offering dependable labor and a generous laugh that brightened many a long day. He believed in taking pride in every accomplishment, whether tending a garden or lending a hand at town gatherings.

His circle of friends recalls the way he made each person feel seen, and he now rests among the stones of Bridge Street Cemetery.
