Biography

Henry Otis Pratt (1838–1931) lived an exceptionally long life, witnessing nearly a century of American history and development. Born before the Civil War, Pratt lived through the transformation of the nation and was a respected member of his community throughout his extended lifetime.

Pratt was laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery, where he is remembered as a bridge between generations. His long life and enduring presence in his community made him a valued elder whose memory continues to be honored.
