Henry Pepys

Biography

Henry Pepys (1783–1860) was an Anglican clergyman whose ecclesiastical career spanned the late Georgian and early Victorian periods. As a man of the cloth, he served his faith and community during a time of significant religious and social change in England.

Pepys' long life allowed him to witness the transformation of the Church of England and British society throughout his ministry. His burial at Hartlebury, within the diocese where he served, reflects his deep roots in the Anglican tradition and his contributions to the religious life of his era.
