Henry Ware Holland

Biography

Henry Ware Holland, born in 1844, spent his life in Cambridge fostering thoughtful appreciation for both scholarship and civic kindness. He encouraged lively discussion among neighbors and supported the civic institutions that shaped thoughtful citizenship in his community.
