Biography
Herman H. Winter entered the world in 1805 and became known for his thoughtful presence within the Ebenezer Moravian congregation, where he supported worship and cared for the quiet needs of his brothers and sisters in faith.
He maintained that same steady compassion through decades of service, and when he passed in 1884 the congregation honored him as one whose gentle leadership had shaped their shared faith; he rests among fellow believers at Ebenezer Moravian Cemetery.
