Biography
Hermanus Hoffman, born in 1745, was part of the vibrant Dutch Reformed tradition in the mid-Atlantic. Though we know little of his daily labors, his presence within Saint John’s Reformed Dutch Church community reflected the steadfast faith and industrious spirit of his congregation.
His final resting place in Saint John’s Reformed Dutch Church Cemetery evokes the enduring devotion of families like the Hoffmans, whose shared worship and mutual care strengthened the bonds of the church.
