Hoshino Mitsuta

Biography
Hoshino Mitsuta was a dedicated pastor who served the Christian community in Japan during the Meiji and Taishō periods. Born in 1860, he was part of the generation that helped establish and nurture Christianity in Japan during a time of religious and social change.
As a spiritual leader, Mitsuta contributed to the development of Christian faith and practice in Japanese society. He passed away in 1932 and was laid to rest at Tama Cemetery, honored for his religious contributions and pastoral service.
