Biography
Hugh Gordon Stephens was born in 1894 and served as a soldier during the First World War. He represented the many young men who left their homes to serve their nation during a time of great conflict.
Stephens made the ultimate sacrifice in 1916, giving his life in service to his country. He was laid to rest at Vlamertinghe Military Cemetery, where he is remembered among the many who fell during the Great War.
