Hugh Naughton

Biography

Hugh Naughton lived during a significant period of colonial development in Victoria. He spent his life in the Ballarat region, where he was part of the community during its growth and establishment.

Naughton's presence in Ballarat New Cemetery reflects his long residence in the district. He witnessed and participated in the development of the region throughout his sixty-eight years.
