Biography
Ilie Mocanu was a Romanian writer born in 1929 whose literary works contributed to Romanian cultural expression during the latter half of the 20th century. His writing reflected the experiences of his generation.
Mocanu died in 1981 and was laid to rest in Ghencea Cemetery. His literary contributions remain part of Romania's written heritage.
