Biography

Ilya Zverev was a Russian writer whose brief but notable career spanned the mid-twentieth century. Despite his young age, he made meaningful contributions to Russian literature and was recognized for his literary talent and creative vision.

Zverev was part of the post-war generation of Russian writers who gathered in Peredelkino. His untimely death in 1966 at the age of forty cut short a promising literary career, yet his work remained a testament to his artistic dedication.
