İsmail Besim Ardakut (1862–1931) was an Ottoman and Turkish politician who served during a transformative period in the nation's history. He contributed to political discourse and governance during the late Ottoman Empire and the early years of the Turkish Republic.

Ardakut's career reflected the complex political landscape of his era, as the Ottoman state underwent significant reforms and eventual transition.
