Israel Ludlow

Biography

Israel Ludlow lived thirty-nine years, from 1765 to 1804, during the Revolutionary and early Federal periods of American history. He was buried at Spring Grove Cemetery, a significant burial ground in the region.

Though his life was relatively brief, Ludlow lived during one of the most transformative periods in American history, witnessing the nation's independence and early development.
