Biography
Ivan Rogov was a Soviet politician who served the Soviet state during a significant period of its development. He participated in the political structures and governance of the Soviet Union during the 1920s through 1940s, contributing to the administration of the socialist state.
Rogov died in 1949, having lived through the revolutionary transformation of Russia and the establishment and consolidation of Soviet power.
