Izabella Poniatowska (1730–1801) was a Polish noblewoman whose life reflected the aristocratic culture of the late 18th century. Connected to one of Poland's most prominent families, she participated in the social and cultural life of the Polish nobility during a period of significant historical transition.
Poniatowska's burial at Białystok Cathedral reflects her status and her connection to this important religious and cultural center in northeastern Poland. Her life represents the experiences of Polish nobility during the final decades of the Commonwealth and the early years of the partitions.
