J. C. S. Blackburn

Biography

J. C. S. Blackburn (1838–1918) dedicated much of his life to public affairs, offering thoughtful counsel and steady leadership wherever he was called upon. His sense of duty and sincere regard for his fellow citizens helped steady the course of daily life in trying times.

He was laid to rest in Frankfort Cemetery, a place where his contributions to civic life are respectfully remembered.
