Biography
Jørgen Skafte Rasmussen was an innovative entrepreneur whose ventures reflected both daring imagination and sound stewardship. He believed in the potential of industry to improve lives and pursued his vision with both ambition and an ethical compass.
Even in retirement he remained a mentor to younger inventors, and his impact on Danish enterprise is remembered fondly in Sorø where he is laid to rest.
