Biography

Jack Taylor, born in 1873, was part of the generation that witnessed Tacoma's rapid growth at the end of the century, and he invested his energy in friendships, commerce, and civic life that grounded the Fairview community. He was always ready to encourage a neighbor or participate in the small celebrations that gave meaning to everyday life.
