Jacob C. Davis entered life in 1820 and devoted himself to uplifting his neighbors through generous deeds, bringing comfort and strength during times of need.

His memory thrives in the hearts of those from the Mitchell area, and he is peacefully laid to rest in Mitchell Cemetery.
