Biography

James Aitken Johnston (1808–1871) was an Anglican priest who served the Church of England with dedication throughout his ministry. His pastoral work and spiritual leadership touched the lives of those in his congregation. Johnston's commitment to his ecclesiastical duties reflected the values of service and faith central to his vocation.

Johnston's long career in the Anglican priesthood spanned much of the nineteenth century, a period of significant change within the Church. He was laid to rest at Kensal Green Cemetery, a place of honor befitting his years of faithful service to the Church and his community.
