James Gayley

Biography

James Gayley (1855–1920) was an industrialist whose energetic leadership fostered new efficiencies within the factories he oversaw. His innovative thinking and personal discipline helped build stronger organizations and inspired co-workers to pursue continual improvement.

He also took time to support local initiatives at West Nottingham Cemetery, believing that honoring the past strengthens future progress. Gayley is remembered for bringing both ambition and humility to every important project.
