James Phelan

Biography

James Phelan, born in 1821, was a witness to many of the trials and triumphs of the nineteenth century. He earned the respect of his peers through integrity of character and a steadying influence in his community.

Now at rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, his name lives on through the memories of those touched by his calm leadership and friendship.
