James Stokes (1915–1945) was a British military serviceman who gave his life during World War II. He served his country with dedication during one of history's most significant conflicts, representing the sacrifice made by countless young men of his generation.
Stokes died in service in 1945, at the age of thirty, during the final stages of World War II. He was laid to rest at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, a solemn memorial to those who fell in the European campaign.
