Biography
James Thomas Aubrey, Jr. guided MGM during a particularly vibrant moment for Hollywood, steering the studio through bold releases and reinvigorating its television division. Known for his sharp instincts and even sharper tongue, he transformed the approach to programming in the 1950s and 60s.
Retiring to Southern California, he maintained close ties to the industry and viewers alike before being laid to rest at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
