Biography
Jan Łada was a distinguished Polish athletics competitor who participated in track and field events during the early-to-mid 20th century. His contributions to Polish athletics helped establish the nation's sporting traditions during a formative period in the country's athletic development.
Łada's career spanned several decades of competitive athletics, during which he represented Poland and contributed to the growth of the sport nationally. He was interred at Cmentarz Bródnowski, one of Warsaw's most important cemeteries, where many of Poland's notable athletes and cultural figures are commemorated.
