Jan Horvátko was born in 1937 and lived until 2013, experiencing much of the modern era in his native Prostějov. He was known within his community and maintained strong local ties throughout his life.
He was laid to rest in the Cemetery in Prostějov, where his memory continues to be honored. His life reflected the character and spirit of the Prostějov region.
