Biography
Jan Post was a Czech resident of Prague who lived through the dramatic transformations of early and mid-20th century Central Europe. His life spanned from the final years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire through the establishment of modern Czechoslovakia.
Post witnessed numerous historical transitions during his lifetime in Prague. He was laid to rest in Olšany Cemetery, one of Prague's most significant cemeteries, which serves as a memorial to many members of the Czech community.
