Biography
Jan Rompsczi was born in 1913 and died in 1969. As a poet, he contributed to Polish literary culture, expressing through his work the experiences and sensibilities of his generation during a transformative period in Polish history.
He was laid to rest in the Parish cemetery in Kartuzy, a final resting place in the Pomeranian region where his artistic contributions continue to be honored.
