Janina Bogdanska lived through much of the 20th century, witnessing the profound transformations that shaped modern Poland. Her life spanned nine decades of Polish history, from the early years of the century through the post-war period and beyond.

Bogdanska's memory is honored at Cmentarz Bródnowski, a significant burial ground in Warsaw where many notable figures in Polish history are laid to rest.
